Blogger get together for everyone who is blogging in Clatsop County and nearby. What do you all say to Sunday, February 4, Blue Scorcher Bakery, 2 PM?
At the last one, some showed and didn't know one another so maybe everyone wear something red? Or, everyone carry a book (which one)? Or, what's a better way to know who we are?
NO, this is not me! It's the photo I took from the Daily A's article about Blue Scorcher. It sounds like a great place. If people want to offer another venue, we can chat about it.

Feb 4 works for me. I will have 1-3 kids with me, or none if hubby watches them, or I'll have hubby with me too. He's sort of recognizable: balding with a red dust ruffle around the sides. The kids are all redheads. If none come with me, I'll just be nondescript but with very long reddish-blonde hair and if I remember I'll wear my Steelers jersey! Go Bus!

Yeah, that's a great pic of Iris. I hope that article gives them a boost. As hard as they're working, they really deserve it.
Concerning the kids: You may already know it, but Blue Scorcher is very kid-friendly, with a nice play area in the back, so it should be no problem if you bring the kids. They can play and you can still keep an eye on them.
I'm flexible on time, so just let me know, or post it here and I'll check back.

Thanks for the invite! I would LOVE to come, but the day doesn't work for me. It's Super Bowl Sunday on the 4th. Not that I'm big on football... but it's National Snack Day and I'm sure I'll be busy in the kitchen fixing all sorts of artery clogging delights.
Sounds fun and I would love to come, but just so happens that Feb. 4th is my husbands birthday, so will be doing whatever he wishes that day (I think that includes football!). Hope you all have a wonderful time. Please let me know of any future get togethers!
